Chinese Style Vermicelli Rice Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas) sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes, or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the drained vermicelli rice noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
