Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 300 g Tofu cubed
  • 1 L Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. 4. Add the cubed tofu and let it heat through.
  5. 5. Stir in the sesame oil, chopped green onions, salt, and white pepper.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
