Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine prawns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg white, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it forms a paste.
2. Spread the prawn mixture evenly over the bread slices.
3. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the prawn mixture.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the bread slices prawn-side down until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
