Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices White bread crusts removed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg white
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine prawns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg white, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it forms a paste.
  2. 2. Spread the prawn mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  3. 3. Sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the prawn mixture.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the bread slices prawn-side down until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
