Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili paste, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the crab pieces, stir to coat with the sauce. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice or bread.
