- 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian-style
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Olive oil for frying
1. Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
