  • 1 cup Crabmeat fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the crabmeat mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
