Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara
A delightful mix of chicken and shrimp in a creamy carbonara sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast, diced
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked chicken and shrimp back to the skillet.
Toss in cooked spaghetti and mix until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
