Chicken and Gnocchi Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 1 package Gnocchi
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
