Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 6 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 3 pcs Bay leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes until chicken is tender.
  3. 3. Remove chicken and brown in a separate pan if desired. Reduce sauce to thicken.
  4. 4. Return chicken to the pot and coat with sauce. Serve hot.
