Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half the potatoes, ham, and cheese. Pour half the sauce over the layers. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
