  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the eggs and mix.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter.
  4. 4. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
  6. 6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute.
  7. 7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
