Caribbean Callaloo and Crab Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Callaloo leaves washed and chopped
- 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the callaloo leaves and cook until wilted.
Stir in the crab meat, coconut milk, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
