Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori seaweed sheets
  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir until dissolved.
  2. 2. Spread the cooked sushi rice on a nori sheet placed on a bamboo mat.
  3. 3. Flip the nori sheet so the rice is facing down.
  4. 4. Place cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat on the nori.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
