Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
