  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter and flour over medium heat until smooth.
  3. Gradually add heavy cream, whisking constantly until thickened.
  4. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in crabmeat and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
