Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, and all seasonings.
  2. Add beaten eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
