Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, and all seasonings.
Add beaten eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
