Slaw Ingredients
- ½ head Green Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
