- 1 lb Prawns, deveined and butterflied
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili flakes, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add prawns to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Thread prawns onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
