- 8 oz Egg noodles
- 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated, optional
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
2. Drain the noodles using a colander.
3. Return the noodles to the pot and add the butter.
4. Stir until the butter is melted and noodles are evenly coated.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
