Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste) optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, and gochujang (if using).
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to ensure all the beef is coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the beef slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
