- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
6. Toss the fried shrimp in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
