- 1 cup Tapioca Pearls
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
1. Boil the tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water.
3. In a saucepan, melt the brown sugar with a bit of water to make a syrup.
4. Add the tapioca pearls to the syrup and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour the pearls and syrup into serving glasses and add milk.
6. Stir well and serve with a wide straw.
