Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Lobster Tails
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 lemon Lemon Wedges for serving
Preheat your broiler.
Use kitchen shears to cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
Pull apart the shells slightly and brush the lobster meat with melted butter.
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Broil for about 10 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
Serve with lemon wedges.
