  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the tiger prawns to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Place the prawns on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
