- 1 lb Tiger Prawns peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your broiler to high.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the tiger prawns to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
Place the prawns on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
