Broiled Grouper with Crab and Shrimp Sauce

- 4 fillets Grouper
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked
- 1 cup Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the broiler.
Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper.
Broil the grouper fillets for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the crab meat and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
Serve the broiled grouper topped with the crab and shrimp sauce.
