  • 4 fillets Grouper
  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked
  • 1 cup Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Broil the grouper fillets for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the crab meat and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Simmer the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  9. Serve the broiled grouper topped with the crab and shrimp sauce.
