  • 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place pie crust in a pie dish and spread chopped broccoli and shredded cheese evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
