Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. 
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbly. 
- Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. 
- Remove from heat and stir in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli and cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining 0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
