Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
