  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
