  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together all the spices.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then rub the spice mixture all over them.
  4. 4. Place the chicken in the hot skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
