Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
 - 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
 - 0.25 cup Onion finely chopped
 - 1 clove Garlic minced
 - 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 0.5 cup Corn optional
 - 1  Egg beaten
 
 
1. In a food processor, mash the black beans until thick and pasty.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the mashed black beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, corn (if using), and egg until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until heated through and slightly crispy.
