Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack over a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and firm but still slightly pliable.
5. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
