Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  5. After 1 hour, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  6. Continue cooking for another hour, or until the ribs are tender.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill, unwrap, and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
