Baltimore Crab Soup Recipe

- 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Green Beans chopped
- 1 cup Carrots chopped
- 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 can Tomatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
2. Add the carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, and diced tomatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
