Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and opening them up slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture onto each shrimp and press gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shrimp in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
