Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and lemon juice. Pour the cheese sauce over the seafood and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
