Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Scallops cleaned
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese Gruyere or Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and lemon juice. Pour the cheese sauce over the seafood and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
