Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Lobster Tails
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
Pull apart the shells slightly and lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the end.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
