Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
  3. Pull apart the shells slightly and season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
