Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish Fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 buns Sandwich Buns
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each fish fillet with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  5. While the fish is baking, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  6. Toast the sandwich buns if desired.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the lemon mayo on the buns, adding a fish fillet, and topping with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
