Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp, shredded cabbage, and cilantro on each tortilla. Squeeze lime juice over the top.
