Bacon Mushroom and Oyster Stuffing
This stuffing recipe combines the rich flavors of bacon, mushrooms, and oysters for a delicious side dish.

- 8 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Oysters chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 4 cups Bread Cubes stale or toasted
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sage dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onions, celery, and mushrooms until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, and chopped oysters.
Add the chicken broth, melted butter, salt, pepper, sage, and thyme. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
