  • 2 pcs Avocados diced
  • 1 lb Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, cooked shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
