Avocado Shrimp Ceviche
A refreshing and zesty ceviche with shrimp and avocado.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined small size
- 2 pcs Avocados, diced
- 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 pcs Jalapeño, finely chopped optional
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add lime juice to the shrimp and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Add diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.
4. Mix everything together gently and season with salt to taste.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
