Avocado Prawns Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Avocados ripe
- 200 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
4. Gently fold in the cooked prawns and chopped cilantro into the mashed avocado mixture.
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for toast.
