Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Egg fried or scrambled
- 1 slice Tomato
- 1 handful Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Slice the avocado and spread it evenly on the toasted bread.
Place the fried or scrambled egg on top of the avocado.
Add a slice of tomato and a handful of fresh spinach.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
