Asparagus and Potato Soup with Crab

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
3. Add the asparagus and cook until tender.
4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
5. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
6. Add the crab meat and heat through before serving.
