Instructions
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
2. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, crab meat, and cherry tomatoes.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
