  • 200 g Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Add crab meat, cucumber slices, and green onions to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  3. 3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
