  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Apples Use any variety you like
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and diced apples.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
