Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Add the cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
