  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
